Saw it last week. Good acting, fabulous scenery. A very well-made film. I did enjoy it, and do recommend it. It holds your interest all the way.

The reviews I read raved about it, Oscar for Rachael Weiss, etc. It is funny how reviews can affect the way you think about a movie. Because my expectations were so high, it was difficult to live up to that level. I thought Rachel Weiss was very good, but I certainly hope there is a better performance from some actress this year.

All in all a very good film. But I thought it got a bit preachy. It was an outright indictment and condemnation, all in one, judge, jury, and guilty verdict for Pharmaceutical companies, and yet, it is just fiction! Are we supposed to believe this indictment of pharmaceutical firms or just laugh it off as a clever story. Hard to know what to say about that! And that is one aspect of the movie that I found unsatisfying.
