the only place i know is the main beach road just along from mcdonalds.
there's a few different rental people down that road.
i've tried a few jeep's down there and there alright to drive.
petrols cheap and it doesn't take long to get to any part of the island.
just make sure the horn works, for safety reasons only and don't be afraid to use it as often as possible.if it's not mopeds or tut tut pulling out it's the mobile food stalls turning without warning.
In nov 03, i Paid 700baht for 24hrs, may be cheaper if you rent for a few days.
anyway just over 10 pounds a day is cheap.
