Question Victoria guesthouse

Has anyone stayed in the Victoria Guesthouse? There aren't any photos of the rooms on the website (well, one of a single room). Is it nice, comfortable, not too noisy? I know it's guest friendly which is obviously a bonus.

I'll be staying there during my vacation, well as my secondary place of residense I got the tip from a BM named Sunem, you might want to PM him about infos, as I understand he stays there on regular basis, so if anyone one can help you, he's the man.

Yes but beware reviews pre-tsunami - the old Victoria on the beach was washed out, the new one is a couple of minutes stroll back from the beach, 5 mins max from Bangla. The Old Vic. was a dive, the new one looked much cleaner, in a newish building, but I only saw reception.
