Definately , that's why I'm flying with them on 22nd Dec.

Also, if you have a couple of hours stopover in Dubai airport , there is the "Irish Village" bar.

There are still a couple of the Middle Eastern airlines that are "dry" (ie. Saudia), but the more Westernized ones now realize that to compete they have to offer the same service as their competitors.

Consuming carry on alcohol on international flights is actually illegal.

Outbound from AUS

Guys..I have used a few airlines outbound and have always consumed plenty of alcohol early in the flight so I can nod off much easier....

Ya, Air Canada is (was) going through restructuring to save $$$....

even inside Canada, everything costs, nothing free....

same with North West Air. Not sure if they do international, but about a month ago, I flew with them and all of thier staff have had a 26-31% pay cut... not good when my flight home needed some maintenance because of previous flight and they 'couldn't find a mechanic'... what a wonderful way to stay an extra night in Cleveland... Don't expect anything free on NWA either.

Gawd I gotta get out of this coner of the world for a while.
