GUYS ,
Spoke to a bloke at this guesthouse/block or apartment a while ago.,
he had a room for rent @ a ok price if i remember rightly, but I
have no pix or web address etc for it
anyone no anything about it or stayed there before

Dont know this place but if I was you, I would not commit to any places until you get here and have a chance to view them for yourself, Dont get me wrong it could be a great place but on the otherhand it could be a shithole, Best wait and see...

i would defo no comit to anything over the Net ally
apart from marage 555555
just thinking of popin in there for a look when iam in patong.
wont bother if people tell me its a toilet etc,

last day at work for me mate ,

In my early days I stayed there because I knew the owner.It has changed hands a few times since then but if the rooms have been kept up then it is OK.If I remember correctly it is a large villa split into ten rooms with a central bar/dining area in the middle.It is in an enclosed garden and had BBQ area available.The rooms were large and had good shower and toilets en suite.

It is very near the northern traffic lights on Ratutit Road set back in on the small track that the motorbikes use as a shortcut.I don't know about traffic noise but it is probably bearable.
