Hotel with in-room safety deposit box and outdoor pool?
ive been searching for a hotel close to bangla road that have
in-room safety deposit box and a outdoor pool, and sadly I havnt found one yet.
I atleast found one hotel with in-room safe and a pool, but that hotel dosnt look to be close to bangla.(hotel name: Leelawadee Boutique Hotel)
So is there any hotels close to bangla in the range of 700-1500bath that have safety box in their rooms and an outdoor pool ?

Have you tried the Expat ? I'm not sure about the in-room safe, but they have a pool. Also, what time of the year are you thinking of going ?

I kinda guessed that but wasn't sure as I've never stayed there. I know of a place very close with both, but I don't want to post the details here as all and sundry (big non-membership reader base) would be able to see the name. It's not a big place, "small and cosy" describes it better and I don't want to risk making it well known so that it's booked up when I want to stay there
I don't mind passing the info on to BM's, just PM me and I'll send back the details.

There is a public swimming pool nearby which does not belong to the Summer Breeze Hotel. The pool is about 100 yards away further down soi san sabaii.

Harrys Beach hotell is only 2-3 min walk to Bangla and 30 sec to the beach.
They have what you need in every room.Ask for room nr 6 with balcony-Its nice to flirt to all massage girls. You can even take massage in your room,no x-charge. Its close to Patong Tower and you can use the pool as Harrys guest if you are afraid for high wawes
Bye the way Its no charge for girls,I heard
Have fun

maybe you can check out the salathai. walking distance to bangla and beach, with electronic safe in room, safe-deposite box at reception, small swimming pool and most importantly, being guest friendly. cheers.

Does Patong Villa have an in room safe..
Has own pool and close..
An option I have done in the past while travelling with laptops and cameras and items that would not all fit into a safe.. Use a hard case suitcase and lock the case down and secure its handle to something.. Gives you enough storage room for lappy and items that dont go in a in room and works..

Patong Villa has the secure boxes at reception. They sign out the key to you. You list on a sheet what you are putting in there and then they log and make you sign everytime you use the box. With a manned reception it works fine. I've been in hotels were the safe is bolted to the shelf in a cupboard but on inspection have found the whole thing, including the shelf can just be pulled from the cupboard.
The hard suitcase option is a good one as suggested by LIL. You can also alarm a hard suitcase simply these days. Exploding purple smoke or dye might be a bit overkill, but in some parts of the world I would be tempted to use Nerve gas. I don't think I have travelled to or returned back from West Africa with the same case yet!

Both Expat and Patong Villa have the same system of safety deposit boxes at reception - found Expat more rigorous in making you sign on every access though I haven't had a problem with either.
Nicer rooms at Patong Villa.
