Anyways, apart from all the hassles over the bottled water at the PV, I think it is a great place. Been using it since 2000 and only up-graded my room as I've earned the money to do so and now stay in the Bungalows.

Even the sweet suite isn't that expensive really IMHO.

I like the place and even though I have looked at alternatives in and around Bangla, I will probably end up at Patong Villa on my next trip over.

We're stayin there next week. The manager seems kind to us so far. One of our mates is 'cashed up' and stayin in one of the Bungalows. Will check them out.

I second that. I been staying at Patong Villa twice now and both times I had a great time. No problems what so ever and the staff were friendly to me and my gf.

Will definetly stay there again next time I go to Patong.

I enjoyed my stay there two years ago and am staying in the sweet suite next month.
Nice and clean,good sized rooms,decent staff and nice pool. Its all I need in a hotel.

You could hold your Pool Party at the PV, sounds like there will be enough BM's staying there. They do have a happy three hours at the pool bar every day too! Free Nuts! (and that's just the BM's!)

You get 2 small free bottles of water a day at the PV as well Los. If you need more after your latest BG has drunk it in the night (Or all your beer!) Just pick up the phone and they will deliver more! A nice smile to the cleaning staff and a couple of 20 Baht notes usually sees my fridge well stocked.

I normally buy a six pack of 1 liter bottles at the supermarket on the beach road and stock up the fridge anyway.

I'm a PV fan too.......in fact I'll be in a bungalow myself over Songkran........I was gonna try Jintana or Expat this time but just keep on going back to PV or Blue Ocean Resort where I know I will be looked after............never had a problem with bills at PV.........always find the staff friendly...

As all the gals tell me I am hansum man............er um......that means we could have the good the bad the ugly and the hansum at PV all at once...........55555 ::
