Could I ask a favour and get someone to post some pictures and give me a report on the Seagull Cottages/Home Hotel. It used to be a bg/guest friendly hotel but the old wing was ruined by the tsunami. I believe that the owners were going to rebuild this part of the hotel and I was wondering if they had made a start as yet? Any information on its current status would be appreciated.

just got back from los. old section of seagull torn downed and they haven't started rebuilding yet. the place looks a mess. pity. the new wing still running tho if you don't mind...

look out for seagull, i have stayded there 5 times and last times before tsunami they change me and my friends money in frontdisk safetybox to false money, we had different safetyboxes and they only change 6000 bath from me and my friend and 12000 bath from my other friend.

I am planing to go to the seagull hotel. They made me nice offer and no joiner fee. Has anyone stayed there recently? are there building activities?
Have to choose between seagull, sea sand sun and coconut village.

If that is the Seagull at the south end of Beach Road, next to Absolute Sea Pearl, then there is a lot of building next door.

Just received mail from ramaburin resort, 1400 for standard room, no joiner fee, and free pick up from airport. Seems very interesting

Thanks everyone for your reply's, I originally posted this in Feb and just spent the 1st 2 weeks in November there. For anyone else who wants to stay there, me and my mates found the place really good to stay at and GF.
