Hi gang, does anyone know where to look for cheap tickets from Vancouver?

My best price is 1375 Can (including taxes).

Flew r/t from Portland, Oregon via Vancouver and Tokyo to Bangkok at Christmastime this year for a total of $831 US ($957 Canadian) on Air Canada.

I haven't found any cheaper. Where are you? I'm 2 hrs from Spokane and its alot cheaper.

Also try Cathay Pacific. Some deals ony thru agents. Its not cheaper but they have an all asia pass $1400cdn hubs in hk then you can fly to 5 other cities on the same pass

when do you plan on going?

cathay is kinda weird. they have 2 flights from nyc daily. one that goes straight nyc-hong kong-bkk

the night one stops in vancouver to refuel and add passengers, its not a connection but ive found that the prices from yvr are alot more expensive than from jfk

I am just across the pond from VYR, and the fares are much more expensive that those from the States. I want to go to phuket in April, but a cheap fare to Bangkok should be fine as well. I will look in to the night flight, and maybe I will get lucky.

one thing too, is keep looking everyday, somedays youll get a cheaper fare on cathay
