Hi Sefton,
I am actually looking at Patong, maybe near or off soi Nanai.
Thanks Dodger, but I work in Patong, so its really easier for me to live there.

Will ask around.. Try Trent though I think he had studios at that price and 1 beds for a tiny bit more.

Ron, longterm rental you might get in at Rattana Hill for 12k a month. Might be over your budget but there's nothing else to pay. Water and electric included. Cleaned everyday. Has pool too and very quiet up the steep hill alongside Montes Bar and Restaurant. If you get somewhere round Nanai you usually have to pay the extra for services which can be 2k a month.

Phone is (076) 345879 and speak to lady manager DA.

yeah but 12k for a studio room ?? It is studio not 1 bed correct ??

I know a 2 bed house for 12.. might get it for less.. Not a great deal though.. Little Thai thing on stilts.. I should hear about a few more tomorrow.

You should have a look on www.houseinphuket.com Well, the rates mentionned there are often upper than your budget, but I guess it's always possible to deal a good price

houseinphuket don't seem to ever have any properties around Patong on their books. Rattana Hill is fine. Stayed there 6 months last year and will be back in there on Monday.
