Big Bike Rental help

Hi ya'll,
I'm coming to Phuket Bike Week and need some help on renting a large CC bike. Looking for a Cruiser 800cc and up. I'd prefer 1200 cc and up, but I'm not that picky. Looking for phone numbers or websites. I've got a line on a couple of V-Max's, but a cruiser or HD is more my style of riding. I've been riding since I was 8 yrs old and always had a street bike since I was 16. 31 years old now and I ride 75 miles everyday to work year round on two different bikes. Got my International Drivers Lc, I know that's a requirement. Anyone know what kind of security deposit you have to put down? Thanks to anyone who answers this in advance.

Enzio from Philly

I only saw 2 vmax's in patong, in the same bigbike-something hire shop, one white, one black, DO NOT hire the black one. I did in feb, its got shagged timing/vboost, and i cant see them fixing it properly.
The white one had electrics hanging off it in feb, so i wouldnt be keen on that bugger either.

I have never been to bike week but i would imagine all the good bikes will be rented out very fast by people who want to fit in with the biker gang, so depending when you arrive will determine how good a bike you get(i would think).
The company renting out the bike will probably want your passport as a deposit, many will not give you a bike without it.
see you there, i will be the guy with the big beard and harley leathers on the honda wave 125

I was hoping to get one lined up before I get there just for that reason. I really wanted to fly mine over, but way too much $.

They have a great selection of bikes. Rented an R6 there to sample the twisties along the coast.

For Harley's and cruisers try:

http://www.ridethailand.com

I saw some nice custom chops out there too but I never found out if they where they had those for rent.

You can also have a look at http://phuketdir.com/patongcarrent/index.htm

There is a Honda CBR 900 for 1000 bath/day or CBR 400 for 800 bath. You can probably deal a better price if you rent it for several days.

I sent him a message through his website. Thanks for the info. If all else fails I might just rent a Kaw Valcan 800.
