Moderately priced housing in Kata for a month

Hello all!

My wife and I are planning a 4 week trip to lovely Phuket (never been before, but heard amazing things) around the end of April. I'm looking for some extended stay housing (one month) as opposed to staying in a hotel for four weeks.

Does anyone know of a furnished apartment/bungalow that could be suitable? Also, approximately what would such a place rent for?
