SouthernFriedRice hotel in Kata?

Does anyone have any opinions on this hotel? It's apparently in kata bazaar.

the photograph looks like the place that was under construction last June during my visit. Located just off the road behind Club Med and about 5 to 10 minutes walk fom the northern access point onto Kata beach.

Whilst the immediate area is "new build" the adjacent properties are little more than tin shacks so it will be a mix of new and old. Its more towards Kata Central than plazza. A small adjacent beer bar soi with only "Red Rose Bar" that used to have a web site and about 5 mins from Smile Inn (website) that is decent low key Italian owned low key hotel.

On map this place is roughly between Smile Inn and Dome Bungalow.

Other posts highlight how less active Kata is to Patong and the cost of night-time travel adds to your "hole" fees

It is just on the far end of the night bazaar so couple of bars around there. Not to bad a location if you want party but not the madness of patong.
