Accommodation in Patong
Hey Guys,
Just attaching some photo's that we recently took to show the apartments and rooms that we have available for rent.
Currently we have a 1 bedroom apartment, 1 bedroom bungalow, 2 bedroom bungalow & a 3 bedroom house for rent. They are all located on the same property in a quiet area of Patong, located on Nanai Road.
As mentioned before, we are looking to rent these out long term. All are fully furnished, have kitchen, bathroom and air conditioning.
Send me a PM and I'll try and get back to you quickly. Now have ADSL at home so much more easier to respond than going to Internet cafe's. Also, if you want, give me your # and I'll call you back
Cheers.
Trent

Trent did you check it out with Nicke first that is was okay for you to advertise for free on the forum?
If so and it was okay, how much are you looking to rent them for?

The area where these are is quite nice.. Paul (lysander) was in one for a while..
Not sure of the costs but not a bad spot..

Hey Dodger,
You are correct. I must apologize to Nicke for not asking first to post this thread. "Nicke, sorry for not asking first if I could advertise the houses/apartments we have for rent, if it's not allowed then I understand if you remove this thread"
I assumed this accommodation area was allowed to discuss info like this however I do agree with Dodger and should have asked. Here's the information Anyhow, the 1 bedroom bungalow rents for 13000 baht per month for 6 month contract and 11000 baht for 1 year contract, has air con, kitchen etc.
2 bedroom house with kitchen, air con rents for 17000 baht for 6 month contract and 15000 baht for 1 year contract.
3 bedroom house with two bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, air con etc rents for 22000 baht for 6 months and 20000 baht for 1 year contract.
All of the accommodation is fully furnished, has linens and kitchen accessories. Additional is electricity and water is included in the rent.
Let me know if you would like a viewing of the properties.
Thanks
Trent

I let it be this time. It may be acceptable for fairly active members to introduce their business once but not repetely / spamming.
Next time I will delete the post.

Hey Nicke,
Thank you, I will ensure this won't happen again. It's a great forum for many people including me and I definitely don't want to take advantage of it. Again, thank you.
Trent
Chopperman, no worries mate. We'll see you guys when you get here next month. If you need anything for trips etc, let me know and we'll take care of you. See you soon mate!

Nicke's concern is legitimate, but Dingo's post and pix also helped some of us get an idea what is available and where in a price range.
