Residence Edouard

G'day mates!

Have anyone heard about this place or stayed there? Residence Edouard.
I wonder if someone know if the charge extra for bringing girls to the room and let them stay there?

If you have stayed there please give me an review on how it is...

Thanks,

Krille

Thumbs down

I stayed there during 3 months this winter. They dont charge extra for bringing back but they will rip you off on the electrical bill. I had to pay 5000 for the first month, 10000 for the second month and 4000 for the third month.

I dont recommed you to stay there....

I have never heard in my life that a hotel or guesthouse is charging for electricity!Did they tell you that they will charge electricity extra when you made the booking for long term?also 10.000 bath seems to be very high!!What have you done in your room?
I added their site to my favorite´s to find it again.I guess it was recommended from a BM.It was in my list of possible hotels for the next visit not sure i will think about this anymore

Andy if you were considering Residence Edouard...I think you would Like Casa Summer Breeze much better...i think it is a much nicer place I'm sure you would be happy with one of Bill's Summer suites...have a bedroom plus sitting room with couch tow chairs and coffeetable...we will be there in september so i will report...but from the website alone it looks much better than the Residence Edouard, very reasonable room rates and Bill certainly doesn't charge for electricity...

i have stayed at prince Edouard before but only for 9 night so maybe they didnt charge us any money for electricity.

For those additional money you could have enjoy more BG.

So aside from those cut-throat eletrical bills, i shall review about their staff and service etc

Location - extremely high up the mountain.no car no bike...dont even think about renting this apartment.even tuk tuk are reluctent to drive you up.my friend encountered it.

The good thing about living so up is that it is sooooo quiet in the morning and the paranomal view of the whole of phuket patong area is amazing.night time will be even better.

service - excellent i would say.i was there during my songkran 2006.we were invited to their party.drinking JW mix, we brought down our chivas but thai find it too strong.dancing, free flow of food, singing, getting drunk, smoke the dragon, throwing each other into the pool etc.just let go and have fun.

One of the most craziest staffs i have ever encountered.very friendly towards guest.really enjoyed the night.

other than this, normal cleaning of the apartment are done every morning.clean and green.

ABF - not really good.i would rather spend 100 bath, drive down to the streets have a local breakfast and a beer. they serve bad breakfast.edible but not really good.

items include bread with jam and butter...coffee or tea....2 ham 2 eggs 2 bacon and fruits.

Price - very expensive indeed.i find it still ok as the view and staff are really doing a good job and YES it is girl friendly place.

Will i return.......maybe if they lower down their price for the apartment.

Well done for totally confusing the original poster by describing your stay in an apartment that has nothing to do with the one he is asking about.
