After the problems I had with my BG neighbor last time, I've decided I better find somewhere else to live during my breaks from work.

My current 1 year rental is coming to an end in August, but Im looking for something else from the start of July.
First off for only two months with the possibility for a year if I like it.

I've been looking at www.houseinphuket.com and emailed Wellta about the one in Patong for 25000 bath, but they were looking for a minimum 1 year from the outset.

My budget...Not sure, depends if I like it.
I have been thinking about springing for a nice luxury villa with pool for just two months, but....they are quite expensive for short term rents.

If anyone knows of a nice place, not too far away from the good life, then please let me know, thanks.

PM me. A guy has offered me an apartment in Patong Tower and another at Kalim (only 1/2 mile from Patong). Both look really good in the 20 - 25k range. No good to me as I'm looking for something that has ADSL.

Argh, that lovely sticking point - ADSL. Everything is great until you ask about a phone line.

Stayed 2 months at Andaman Beach Suites would say not bad at all.
45 sq.m room,One big pool, two small ones.Well equipped gym.
From March to November 24000 baht without balcony....33000 with
balcony...37000 for yearly rent.
Say 8 min. walk to Bangla....5 min to the beach.

I'm looking for somewhere with ADSL already installed if anyone knows of anything.
