ATM v Cash exchange
Unsure if this sits here or in newbie section...so feel free to move
Ignoring the risk of theft/loss as you can lose a card or cash What is the current rate of Bhats to £ that are falling out of local ATMs in Phuket please? What %age commission is charged for an ATM is for example your drawing on a Bank Account Visa rather than a credit card Visa? Don't forget to factor in any transaction charges imposed by your bank - in my case it is 1.50GBP per transaction, irrespective of amount withdrawn.
