Looking for House or Appartment for 3 months
I come over to Phuket on 15 November 2006 untill 15 February 2007 and look to rent a 3 bedroom house or appartment in patong or near to it.

I live in Kathu which is up over the other side of Patong Hill...only 5 minutes on a motorbike. Rents are a lot cheaper than Patong. There's a huge estate of new houses on the left of the road heading for Loch Palm Golf Club from about 15000 baht/month up for the smaller ones. Many big houses on the estate too. Don't know what prices are but many have For Sale/rent signs up.

Don't think there's a website as they're all privately owned. Must be at least 20 up for rent or sale and more being built.
I moved over to Kathu 3 months ago. Didn't think I was going to like it but it's fine. Thought the ladies might baulk at going out of Patong but had no problems in that department

The estate is 1/2km from Loch Palm Golf Club.
Here's a few pics of houses for rent on it. There's about another 100 still under construction!
