Patong Beach Lodge-urgent request
Has anyone been recently to the Patong Beach Lodge on Rat-u-Thit Road and can confirm that they are still girl friendly and charge 300 baht joiner fee? Cannot get an e-mail regarding that from them.

That makes no sense.. A Hotel that charges a joiner fee is NOT guest friendly.. thats the whole point of being GF, they dont charge.

Truly ''guest friendly'' is where you get your squeeze for the night in for nothing, but what would you call somewhere that charged a joiner fee?
Not ''guest friendly'' to me, means not getting a girl in at any price.

Looks like no one goes to the Patong Beach Lodge-might be there all by myself plus bg's. My understanding is that if a hotel is guest friendly they will allow your girl to stay overnight. If they charge a joiner fee, then that's the extra you pay to do it. [have her stay]

No, as LIL said, GF hotels dont charge for guests staying. If they charge then they are not considered GF.

Been there now and joiner fee is now 500b , but you can book double occupancy and bring in any girl. That way she get the breakfast included but cannot use the pool [too much hanky panky in the past] Very friendly when you bring in a girl. Highly recomend for an inexpensive place close to bangla.

So if you book double occupancy theres no joiner fee ?? For multiple girls or changing girls daily or just for any one person..
Any one person simply cannot be stopped.. Just say its your wife and tell them to piss off..

I have used the double occupancy before and brought it to a test. It was at Le Concorde in BKK. The first night I had to "upgrade" my reservation to double occupancy; the next night with a different lady they lost the argument. Nowhere have I seen rules that it has to be the same company.

When I booked I had to list a name for the other person. But when you get to the hotel you can bring anyone in. Cost extra 250 aud for two weeks, about same as joiner fee but she gets breakfast included. Bed was big enough for three bg's on either side of me. Don't know how many they allow in a room at one time. It's located nearly opposite Christan Massage. The staff are always smiling and laughing when I bring in a girl and thought some of them wanted to be part of the action.

Depends on the Hotel. On my last stay at Le Concorde it was ~100 baht, some hotels only offer double occupancy for deluxe rooms and I have seen the cost being as much as 500 baht more.

better rent a condo. Have empty fridge, can buy cheap drinks in supermarket, can cook breakfast by self, can bring hundreds of girls per day, nobody complain. LOL
hint: Patong Grand Condotel
