KN Guesthouse standardrooms?
I wounder if anyone have stayed in KN Gustehouse standard rooms?
How is the bathroom and soon on... Would be nice with an answer! Best Regards, Krille

I stayed there for 6 days july 3-9 and i can say that it was the best value for money place i have stayed in on 25 trips to thailand i payed 700 bhat a night for a room next to the swimming pool the room was huge and the bathroom was bigger than most rooms i have stayed in had large bath and shower
it is convenient for nightlife areas and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the night security man he is a charechter ! do a search here for kn guesthouse and you will find another recent thread about the place and some other peoples views

AS far as i am aware all the rooms are the same standard i was not aware that there were deluxe rooms the room i stayed in was standard i would expect to pay more than 700 bhat a night for a deluxe room !

I have just got confirmation for my rooms at KN Guesthouse in an email. It says "OK for your booking Nid" No mention of price or deposit that I asked about so I think a phone call is on the cards. Don't want to turn up looking for my 4 rooms and its full up.
The phone conversation could be a bit one way though  Me no speak much Thai

DAWSEY dont worry i got the same reply to my booking request today booking ok see you in march having met the lady in question i would not worry about it as she is very trustworthy and buisnesslike if you really feel the need to call her dont worry as she spoke very very good english , but really i would not bother the only thing i would say is if you requested an airport taxi pick up contact her a couple of days before arrival to remind her . i personally am going to take her on trust and assume my room is booked i arrive there 2 days before you so when i get there i will make sure that your rooms are ok and as close to the swimming pool as possible.
if you are really still uneasy you could ask nicke to call round and insure your rooms are booked !

I already answered your question there is only one type of room at the kn guesthouse all rooms are the same standard just some are on ground floor next to the swimming pool and others are upstairs but i saw inside timswed26 room and he was upstairs and it was the same in every detail to my room which was next to the swimming pool dont know where you got the idea of different standard rooms because it says nothing about that on the hotel website !
