Which Hotel to Stay in Nov

can bm's please help me as i would like my first solo holiday to be as hassel fee as possible. which one of the following hotels would you recommend bearing in mind i intend to have company join me?

Safari Beach Hotel
Patong Villa
Satathai
Baan Laimai
BanThai
Patong Pearl

i know the baan laimai and banthai charge joiners fee. knowig this are they that much better than the others or are they all on par with each other.

i will definately be going to have a drink at MTB and hopefully get some advice while there.

LOTS OF BMs HAVE USED THE ABOVE HOTELS IN RED AND HAVE FOUND THEM VERY GOOD,,,,,
