Kata in Sept, TOO quiet???
Normally I'd stay in Kata for the relative peace as Patong is only a tuk tuk away. But is Kata going to be TOO quiet?
Looking at a last minute trip in a couple of weeks.

I was house hunting in Kata in September 2005 and it was like a ghost town.
It was just missing Clint Eastwood stood with his hand hovering over his gun as he flicked his poncho over his shoulder and some tumble weed blowing down the street! Then again, some people like it that way! Especially the couple taking 'intimate' pictures by the roof pool on one of the places I was looking at!

Yes, even though my hotel was full, it was fairly quiet there last week, I found most of the bars were open albeit mostly falang free.
It was character buidling to feel like the most popular man in town & able to have the pick of the bunch .... ah! - choices, choices ...

I saw some foxy, minxy, tall Danish soldier chicks yesterday in the Green Zone!
Don't tell Lightemup though as he would probably implode and have a nasty commotion going on in his under-grollies! They looked high maintenance too..............They were shopping! Fresh, clean, ironed, moisturised, tall, fragrant, sexy, mmmmmm did I mention ironed, lumpy jumpers, perfumed, tight bums, smiling, clean (again) actual real life-like women! mmmmmmmmm
