Sunshine Hotel & Residences

Hi,
Has anyone stayed in Sunshine Hotel & Residences.How is it, I belive they have Hotel and Residences. Can anyone tell me whats the difference in 2 and which is better. Looking to stay in September. Also what should be the ideal rate per night for a twin room. Thanks in advance.
