Question Hotel in South Karon

Hi Guys,

I will be coming to Phuket in early December after one month traveling in the north of Thailand. I really like the Karon area, particularly the south end near Kata. I'm planning to stay about 4 weeks and my budget would be about 1000 baths per night. Can someone recommend a good hotel in that area ?
I have contacted the Casa Brazil hotel and their price for a long stay (30 nights) is 1050 baths per night, has anyone stayed there ?

Thanks in advance.
Cheers !!!

Cool Marina Cottages

I don't know their rates but look at Marina Cottages at the hill at the south end.

Marina Phuket is $4000 baht a night at that time for garden view cottage. I liked the resort a lot and have sent lots of people there.

cheers guys, yes I know the Marina Cottage, superbe hotel, superbe location but too expensive for a long stay for me. I wouldn't mind paying that for one week but not for 4 weeks ehehe !
Anyway I will keep searching on the web for some cheaper hotels in Karon, I just like that area (not for partying though ehehe
