6 people arriving + 1 on sunday , any villa ?

Hi there and good afternoon to all of you . we are landing on the 3rd of Nov in phuket , different flight but all on the same day . does anyone know of any villa with a swimming pool we can rent ? as we need a hotel room or bungalows for all of us ( some want to share one room ) we still have a budget of arond 5000 bath a day x 12 days makes it 60,000 bath .....

do you think we can get something ? not too much worried about which beach it is located but kata , karon , paton would be an advantage . Any suggestion , tip is more than welcom . I personally was thinking of staying @ Kata gardens or Kata pool resort , rooms are priced around 1300 x night (?) .

5000 baht or $125 per day doesn't get much in the 'villa per night' rental bracket. Low season price in Baan Sabai was haggled to 500 USD per day.. Think its more like 1100 in high season.

hmm.. Short term rental house.. Toughie..

There are some 2 bed apartments.. May be able to work 2 x 2 beds for a more social way..

Sunset apartments ?? Think there was one mentioned on here..

Also residence Euduard (or something similar) has apartments rooms etc all in one location..

November is the start of the high season. Prices will definitely go up.

I always stay at this place, they have 1 bedroom suites and 2 bedroom apartments Phuket hotels, Thailand: apartments and studios at Swiss Palm Beach in Patong

Rates are good. Beach is walking distance. They have a small pool, nothing special with a swim up bar.

The rooms are nice and comfy.

Walking distance to Bangla, or you can take a tuk tuk if you're lazy.
