European Unions Ban list of air carriers.

I found this list while browsing my usual ticket pusher's web site in Denmark.

It seems, that Phuket Air is on it, never had any dealings with them, so i cant comment.

I will put the link up here for you all, if your interested, its in English.

Here you go.

They had astring of 'unfortunate' PR 'disasters when they tried to operate a direct Europe-HKT service and were black-listed. They had a lot of bad press, but haven't killed anyone. The company hired consultants from Air France to bring their maintenance up to spec. and were concentrating on rebuilding their battered reputation with regional business and no immediate plans to return to long-haul.

Now though the company is being split into two, a charter company called Suvarnabhumi Airlines and a regional operation called Holiday Airlines.
