Anyone know anything about Baan Arunsri apartments?

I think i'm getting closer to choosing a place for my one month stay. Thanks to Tanman I found Bill and his places for rent. One of them is Baan Arunsri apartments, located on soi Nanai 2. I just wondered if anyone here knew anything of them and had any good or bad to say about them. The location seems pretty good. I want to be within decent walking distance to beach and Bangla, but hopefully can sleep at night. Any comments appreciated. My other choice at this point is a studio located in the Patong Condotel.
