There are meter cabs at the airport.

If the location is still the same, once you walk out of the airport, you turn right, walk all the way to the end and you will see a yellow booth. The meter cabs are there.

Pay 100 baht to the counter 1st, then pay the cab driver whatever is shown on the meter.

Should be bout 400++ baht in total.

Yes, it's ok for meter cab. Airport limo limits to 3 person per cab and that sux and they of course cost more.

and do i need to see the number before i get up to the bus ?

but i think taxi meter is cheaper cos it cost about 450 bath

You can get the phone number from the meter cab booth. Then call them to come get you.

Your not going to fit 4 people and 4 sets of luggage in one taxi. You are looking at 2 taxis minimum.
