Seek advice for GF hotel

Dear brothers,

I will have a long holiday at patong in coming January.
Please suggest hotels which ...

1. are girl friendly
2. close to the beach and nightlife action
3. have swimming pool
4. rent below bt2000

Why the "flaming" , you asked for advice , I posted a link so that you could look at the options before coming back with specific questions.

My choices were:

1. Ignore your post.
2. Tell you to "use the search function".
3. Try and give you some help.

It is no wonder that some BM's do not bother to reply to "newbies" posts , when it is obvious their help is not appreciated.

Could it be that cw didn't understand the meaning of the "smiley" and was more fascinated by the animation. His text reply seem to indicate the opposite reply.

He has used a few "smiley's" before , so I guess he knows about them. Also , I read his reply as being sarcastic. Perhaps it would be better to let him respond to my post , and not have others get involved.

faultytowers,

Sorry for picking up the wrong Smiley and make you unhappay.
This is a smiley that I give to myself for penalty.

Your attached link is really helpful and hope you can help the newbie thereafter.

faultytowers i agree with you it´s better to respond directly to the one who has actually replied...And yes i belive he is familiar with the meanings with the "smiley´s)..anyway he is very welcome and can ask nearly any questions and i bet that he will get an usefull answer from an ecperienced BM....
