Karon Livingroom

Hi all,

Planning couple days over new year in Karon, however looking for a quiet place in back and not on beach front/road.

Came across Karon Livingroom on patak road.

Has anybody any info on that place? Websites says 2200 for a sup room in peak season? How are rooms and is it quiet?

Just checked a map.Patak Road is actually the main highway that has the heavy traffic.

I'm a Vietnam expat and I can tell you to spend a couple days each month in Thailand is always a big blessing.

Found Karonlivingroom on internet as one of only place not charging ridiculous 4000baht a night during peak season and booked there 3 nights with my GF.

The place was brand new and therefore spotless. Just opened a month ago or so. Had large room with big balcony on back side of Patak Road, right behind tennis courts of Movenpick hotel, with just a bit of a seaview, altough sea was quiet far.

Great breakfast buffet. Cost was at 2000THB net with ABF and one way airport trransfer. Yes, price was still a bit steep, but friendly service and cleanliness made up for it. Scooter rental service was also availabe upon check in and free internet in lobby.

Big thumbs up for Karonlivingroom.
