I know its a boring thread,but i am trying to get back to los and cant find a flight on the internet, they all say silly prices (2gs etc).I know i will have to go into a travel shop in the end but has anyone got any tips?Iam a Kris flyer member with Singapore and i am waiting for them to respond.Cheers!!

May want to post your departure airport huh ?? Maybe some dates ?? Dont reckon that cheap flight next june from Alaska will help you ??

If your in UK there were some good deals posted with west east recently for Dec travel.

I gave it a couple of tries on kayak.com. Departing Dec 28 and return Jan 12 starts at US$ 1500. I also tried departing on Dec 23 and return Jan 4 and it was much more expensive. You will need to play around with the dates.
BTW I checked "LON" to BKK.

Thats why I gave you a UK and current hint (westeast)..

But as you want to fly today I guess your packed already ?? You will need a last minute bucket shop service IMO or try standby in the airports. Leaving it a little late for 'today' are you not ??

However if you look at peoples profiles you will see a huge % are not currently where thier location is listed.. And England has more Airports than only London.

There are seats available if you get creative. A quick check in Sabre found seats on most days from LHR via FRA, DXB and a few other places. Go see a travel agent.

westeast has a flight listed valid until the 3rd dec for 280.. Sounds like a last minute flight..

Todays date and your location.. Closest I could do.

As i want a flight to Thailand and my other location is England ,the clues where there!And all England flights stop at Heathrow.But thanks for the help.(yes i have packed!)

Plenty of people connect out of UK cities other than LHW.. Lots connect through A'dam and you can now it seems connect via Vienna direct to Phuket.. Many of the middle east connections (Dubai / Abu Dabi / Etc) allow people to use home airports with the same amount of stops..

Seems fairly obvious to me that dates would be essential (How could I know you wanted to travel 'today' ??).. Ok so flight tomorrow (3rd).. Cant find one today most booking systems dont work that close.

Westeast does have deals.. Someone posted a few very cheap selections and they specialize in West to east return travel (funny that

)..

Call them.. But you will need to work around the mad christmas rush.. If you can leave earlier of course it helps.

Not sure of exact dates of travel but you can try Cheap flights & hotels | car hire | package holidays - TravelSupermarket UK
www.westeasttravel.com or lastminute.com: hotels, holidays, flights, travel and entertainment at the last minute..

If you are going in next day or so then you may be able to get a good flight at the airport.
