has anyone travelled `direct` with thompson man to phuket?

i understand thompson is running `direct` flights from manchester to phuket. now `direct` in the case means a stop in london, and stop halfway for refuelling.

has anyone tried this route, would they like to give some feedback eg legroom, fuelstop experience, food, entertainment etc? thanks in advance.

Unless your 4 foot tall, pay the money and go with a real airline.

Rather than fly on a "Low Cost Carrier" , check out the prices on Qatar Airways that I have posted about.

No , I get a better "deal" with Emirates.

But when they're offering flights in January for under £400 , I thought they might be useful to some BMs.

I agree that this carrier is the best.

I have had 5 flight in the last year to Thailand so I now qualify for a 'free' return flight from the UK to PHuket (75,000 airmiles required) which I can book any time next year

So I will book for next Xmas with them for free (and this flight can cost almost £900); by which time I will have probaly drunk £900 in free booze on 6 flights x 28 hour round trip; don't fly cattle, fly class with a free glass.

Regards

Drew

A few weeks ago I posted somewhere that twice a week Austrian have a non stop Vienna/Phuket flight. This might worth investigating for those of you in Europland.
