Qauar Airways cheap deals to BKK

Just for info, Qatar Airways are advertising a sale for flights from the UK to Bangkok. Economy from £230 return.

Details on http://www.myqatar.co.uk/

Book by 14th Jan 07 for travel between 01 Jan and 29 March 07.

Ive flown Qatar Economy, Business and First and found them to be a spot on airline, well worth their 5 star rating.

Link is to your "personal" page , and won't work for others.

Qatar Airways flights have been mentioned before in another thread , but price was £331.

Doc,

thanks for correcting the link, I should have checked it after. Maybe one price quoted is with tax and one is without?

And bet that wont include the tax raise next year Either way, still a good price of a great airline. I went Business Class this time and loved it.

ON the surface maybe. Next time your onboard, ask the crew what they think of working for your favourite airline. If they answer truthfully, you'll be very surprised.

Hi, my recent 1st trip to Bangkok was made via Qatar economy, they were superb and I really enjoyed my flights with them, and out of the 4 flights involved, 3 were made with nobody sat next to me, although a serious helping of sprouts with beans can achieve the same objective I believe.

Yeah the price is without tax. Also after a lot of seaches on their site I've yet to find anywhere near £230 return. They seem to charge separately for the outbound and inbound when you add it all up the cheapest I found was £480 all in which is pretty expensive for March really.

the cheapest single leg I found was 115 without tax, so yes that could lead to 230, add the tax and it will be 452

I got £406 inc all taxes return for late March using Expedia.
You can still get LHR - BKK for £335 + taxes return in March/Apr

There's something really odd about those £358 flights - there are a ton of outbound dates available but the return legs right through to June are fully booked
