If you are looking for a nice place, close to the actionin Kata, you may want to consider this place.

It is girlfriendly, and the owners are nice Italians, greeting you as a friend.
The bungalows come in 2 sizes. The larger ones are hudge! Dvd player, cable, big bed, refrigerator, you have to stock yourself, tasteful decoration.

Although on the road that links the beachroad and Patakroad in Kata center, not much noise, as they are in a nice garden behind the restaurant. Swimming pool. Also families, but as most people do not concentrate around the swimming-pool, this is no problem.

Prices are a bit higher, in peak season, but interesting off-season. But I bargained, and could have the smaller room for 1100 bath and the bigger less then 2000. Hope that this helps, for people whowant to stay in this area.

Is that the one outbound on the left hand side with the brown wood outdoors restaurant in front of it? I always have that one mixed up with the one just outside Patak Road. Just in the last bend in the road I think?

Nice location as not to far to walk anywhere.
