HI all,

AM new with phuket. Wonder if you know of any cheap , nice and safe hotel to recommend? Places like Aloha Villa is full...etc. Wonder if I can fetch a less than 900 baht include breakfast stay near to patong central ?

I heard of this Bangla hotels that is aircon, hot shower but no breakfast for as low as 500~800 baht. Any suggestions?

Depends when, what season. You could try C&N, and you could also try looking on the very good 'Hotels' thread in this section.

Try this hotel..Amanta House. Amanta House Small Boutique Hotel in Phuket

The rooms are increible and not expensive, nice restaurant too! It's a smaller hotel so, it is often full, but, if you can get a room, it's a great value.

Am planning to visit in MArch 07. Amanta is very nice but out of my intended budget.

Never seen that hotel mentioned here before.

The first question - and its an important one - is whether the hotel is guest-friendly.
