Group help

Has anyone ever organized a trip for around 25 people to Phuket. I could use some help getting started. I would think we should get some good group rates with flights and hotels. Our trip is a ways off so I have time to learn what I can before scheduling anything firmly.
I used the search function but could not find much info on this subject.

Get in touch with a travel agent specialising in groups or contact the airlines directly.

Dunno the background but if this is a group of friends going for a vacation, be advised a third or more will most likely chicken out after you've done all the leg work

Unless you all have a sport or recreation in common, this will be a nightmare, just finding things for 25 to all like, hotels, places to stay, are they all single males or a combination of couples etc?

Best of luck mate, better you than me, as advised pass the job over to a travel agent used to handling groups, least you got someone to blame and not taking all the crap on yourself.

if they answer yes to both questions everything should work out just fine.
