I werent exactly brilliant at it, used to have a good go though, i preferred the timed trials thingy, my 250cc bultaco wasnt the easiest thing to hump around obstacles as a kid.
Me cousin many years ago, did semi-pro motocross on 440/500Maicos. I remember him saying it was 10%skill, 90% madness.

Happy days as a kid tho !!

What's ****ed about having a bike stolen is you park it then you get drunk. You go back to where you left it and it's gone. Then you start doubting yourself on where you parked it so you drive up and down every street in Patong thinking "did I leave it here?" even though you are 99% sure you parked it where you first thought is was.

The bike was an older Honda dream 110cc you wouldn't think of all the bikes in Patong they are going to steal that one.

It's also not a great feeling telling Nicke his bike just got stolen and it was when I just moved to Phuket, "welcome to Phuket"

Cheers gents, I'll stay off the bikes in Phuket. I'll get licensed here at home before I even consider riding in a less economically developed country. I was considering taking bike lessons in India, but they don't even exist there :P
