Looks ok on the website, decent location and pool.
Does anyone know if it is guest friendly?

Theres 2.. One on Nanai 1 and another up the hill off of Phra Baramee by the petrol station.. The latter being decked out simply stunning inside..

Not brilliant at answering email, so popped over and took a look at the place. Nice enough as Sef says, well decked out, nice little pool, friendly enough and helpful girl on the desk when I asked to look at the rooms.

It's always quite busy, so a good sign that they get return business. They weren't willing to do me a long term lease on one of thier apartments as they get more return on them from holiday rentals, so had to scratch it off my list.

Worth a go IMHO.

Denver - they are advertising monthly rates on both the residence edouard and the prince edouard, on the residence edouard they are advertising yearly rates also. Might be worth you going back to see them!!

Thanks for that. It's one of the things out here. They advertise on the web and by putting signs up outside buildings and when you ring them the place is let or it isn't avialable when you want it.............or I smell.......Yep, probably that!
