Appartament in Patong and Kata Beach

Good afternoon to all !

I will come in Phuket, Patong, next november, for more or less 1 month.
I am looking to find this accomodation :

2 appartament in Patong beach, for 2 people ( 1 each )
1 appartament in Karon or Kata beach for 2 people

We are not looking to something luxury, something normal, with air conditioning and someone that can clean up the bed during the day.

Could someone give me some address ? Also from private people, doesn't matter.
I am also looking for 2 motorbike, without gear, have somebody some address ? Last time I rented from an hotel for 250 bath a day, I don't know if it's cheap or expensive for the place.

I know of a serviced apartment up on the hill from Phra baramee.. Clean 1 beds with pool and maid.. They cater to the mid term stayers (couple of months ideally)..

Bikes are easy.. And you over paid.. 150 a day is enough and over a month 3.5 - 4k is a normal hardball price.. Thats for a bike thats rental and not new thinking about it.. A brand new bike a bit more..

Lil or poster, Oli was telling me there are some really nice apartments in Sky Inn now, been there many times in the past and they were to say the least very basic, typical bg's rooms but he is looking at the moment and said he has seen quite a few really nicely decorated rooms, price range 5kish per month.

Bikes for rent a million places, wherever you stay there is bound to be one close, use Lil's quote as a good guidline.
