Depends on which Baan Boa you mean. I'm aware of 3 in the group.

Baan Boa 1 on Pisitkoranee Road, fairly low budget. Rooms should be about 14000 baht a month this time of year. I had to leave there because I was fed up with a cockrel doing the Thai version of cockadoodledoo outside my window at 5 in the morning everyday.

Baan Boa 2 is just round the corner in Nanai Road and is similar.

Then you've got the expensive upmarket Baan BoaResort along the sea front past Absolute Seapearl.

was meant to stay at the BB resort starting Boxing Day 2005 the day of the Tsunami......glad I arrived BKK in the night as the place was totalled........

I did email them beforehand and was told they charged JF at the time....I wrote back to the manager and said I was only prepared to stay there if I booked a room for two and could have overnight guests included in that....he replied that it was OK...so if you are interested definitely write to the manager....

I stayed at Baan Boa resort on the beach about 6 months before the Tsunami.
It was 8-900 baht a night with a 'joiner' fee of either 2 or 300 baht as I recall.

Nice place with a nice pool set up and right on the beach. Quite a way down towards the south end.

Bit far away from the action for my liking and I didn't like the joiner fee, besides that a very nice place.
