Liquids on Thai

Thai brought into effect today the rules about liquids as carry on.

After a lot of questions i think I have the proper rules which are:

Each passenger can have a 1 lt clear plastic bag -they give it to you- which they can take into the cabin which may contain liquids. each individual container of liquid must not be larger than 100ml. If it is for example a 150 ml bottle half full it is not allowed.

In Addition to this allowance are duty free liquids purchased at any airport, provided they are in the original plastic bag they were in when purchased. The duty free shop will seal the bag up for you when you buy the goods. It is up to you to make sure they do.

The total weight of any of the above is part of your 7KG carry on allowance, not extra.

Same as the North American and UK rules. (These are the TSA rules)

Air travelers may now carry liquids, gels and aerosols in their carry-on bag when going through security checkpoints.

With certain exceptions for prescription and over-the-counter medicines, baby formula and breast milk, and other essential liquids, gels, and aerosols, the following rules apply to all liquids, gels, and aerosols you want to carry through a security checkpoint.

All liquids, gels and aerosols must be in three-ounce or smaller containers. Larger containers that are half-full or toothpaste tubes rolled up are not allowed. Each container must be three ounces or smaller.
All liquids, gels and aerosols must be placed in a single, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag. Gallon size bags or bags that are not zip-top such as fold-over sandwich bags are not allowed. Each traveler can use only one, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag.
Each traveler must remove their quart-sized plastic, zip-top bag from their carry-on and place it in a bin or on the conveyor belt for X-ray screening. X-raying separately will allow TSA security officers to more easily examine the declared items.

3 - US Ounces = about 89 Mil

I've had notifications from numerous airlines - pretty safe to say this is almost worldwide now.
