Airfares changes by the day and if you are leaving in Feb '08 it is too early to shop ticket pricing (IMO). You may want to check out Cheap Airfare, Hotel Reservations, Car Rentals - Kayak.com. They don't sell direct by compare prices of most major airlines.

1st-you will score big points with me and IJ with your avatar
from Boston
i would suggest taking Jet Blue from Logan to JFK
from JFK you can either take Thai Airways direct to Bangkok
or you can take the Cathay Pacific stop that stops for pickup in Vancouver and then connects in Hong Kong

Maybe that's because you have asked ton's of questions non-stop for the past couple of the days :-)
It's a discussion board with ppl discussing topics, not answering robots.

I see you're a Pats fan. For me the past several trips I did the exact route Marc26 told you about. Logan-JFK-BKK-HKT. I usually buy my ticket about 3 or 4 months in advance. Also, since this makes for a very, very long day I usually stay the night before in New York depending on the season.

I almost forgot this, depending on the time of year you're travelling to LOS from Boston the tickets price is not that cheap. From my past trips, you're looking close to $1,400 with the flight from Boston added in. For some unknown reason, the Thai direct flight is rarely under $1,100. All this is looking at travel dates within 3 to 4 months. You could find it cheaper, but connections will be in order.

Not that expensive.
Look here.
Cathay Pacific USA | Deal of the Month | Best Airfare Deals | Plane Tickets
JFK to Bangkok $784
My ticket from LAX to Bangkok in October $896 total, could have been $856 if I had settled for a different time.
