Wanted - Phuket long term Accommodation

Hi all

Long term unfurnished accommodation wanted from about mid August 2007, minimum one year with an option for second year. 1st preference villa / house, 2nd preference exec condo. Location 1st preference Phuket, 2nd Krabi, 3rd Hua Hin. Minimum 3 bed or 2 bed plus study. Prefer seaview and close to beach. Alternative beach locations considered.

All responses/suggestions greatly appreciated.

Phuket is largish.. Your going to have to do some more legwork than that..

Budget ??

There was a cheap place mentioned on ThaiVisa in Kamala.. Close to beach for like 10k !! Normal thai home though not 'villa' standards.. Other end of the scale is a superb seaview 3 bed with private pool for 80k I know of.. Or a 4 bed millionaires pad I heard of at 180k a month !!

Budget, location, importance of pool etc, how much luxury your fatre will all help define the price point a bit better.
