Just saw this place being completed and is now open.It is on the connecting road between Soi Sans Sabai and the Jungceylon by pass in one of the new shop houses.(Where everybody parks).

They have a board outside offering rooms at 500 Baht per night.

Walking distance to Bangla.

Did you check out any of the rooms? seen that for awhile, looks like a few shops going in under neath and is it a bar/restaurant at the far end?

See they have also at long last started to construct the hotel in the pong a bit nearer, surely the low level will still flood?

Anyway, in a bit of a question mood tonight, must dash loads of questions to post on other threads!!

I was passing on a motor bike - could not get it up the stairs.

As it is brand spankers I would hope the rooms would be reasonably well furnished.
