Accomodation In Patong For 2 Weeks ? Recomendations Please

ANother question yet again and before anyone says yes i have searched but it comes up with obscure crap .

Im thinking of staying in patong for about 2 weeks in august , i recently stayed in the bel aire resort above patong gym which was great , i loved it in fact but at 1000 baht per night for 2 weeks that will be 14000 baht.

I think i may be able to get a better deal in like an apartment style residence like the toy residence BUT NOT the toy residence , can anyone suggest a place ????? Its has to be clean close to bangla, have ac etc etc...... I dont even mind staying in a hotel for 2 weeks but would like a better deal if i can get it , as it is low season 2.

A girl i stayed with told me to contact her when i went back as she could get me a nice room for 500 baht per night in like an apartment complex .. thing is then she knows where i stay and this could potentially cause major problems so i want to do this on my own if u get my drift .......

Another problem is this said girl frequents patong gym on the regular , and knows the women in there , basically im screwed either way but i DONT want her knowing where i stay ....

Anyway guys your assitance is really appreaicted

VECH GUEST HOUSE on rat u thit is OK, near Kepsap, 10 mins from Bangla.

About 600 a night, maybe a discount for 14 nights.

They answer e-mails, have a basic website. Will send a taxi to collect fro airport for 600 Thb.

Vech is in the Hotels thread.

That my friend, is the cheapest part of your holiday.

If dollars are of a concern, there may be a backpackers hotel in Soi San Sabai you could try.

Check out the Orchid residence. Just up the street from the summer breeze and starts at 650B. Known a couple of people who stayed there and they liked it.

wierd i suppose , but as im staying here for 2 weeks and not 5 days but i get your point ! Just trying to save money if i possibly by staying in an apartment or something

i emailed the original hotel and they offered me a rate of 800 baht a night which is great so i booked it IMO the room is nearly as nice as the royal paradise royal wing , at less than half the price .

Thanks for all the input

Porbably too late for your trip but I found C&N to be excellent value...

Very clean, quiet and modern with great staff, guest friendly with king size beds too! Located not far from Taipan on Rat-U Thit and only about 50 metres from Bangla...

Have a look at their promotion til October..only 600 baht a night or 8 nights for the price of 7..absolute bargain... Will be back there for sure..

Anyone have the contact info for Summer Breeze hotel? Seems as though the server that their web site is on has been under attack for the past day or so. I am looking for find out their availability for an upcoming trip. Want to make sure I can get a room there. Would like to email them, but not sure if their web site problems would interfere with that as well.

Thanks in advance,
MM

I've never seen a website that's been hacked before....till now.
I echo your words Nautilus.

Hopefully, Willy can repair it for Bill & Kurt asap.

Is a problem like that hard to repair?

Seems like this idiot has been "attacking" lots of sites , plenty of info on Google , so I'm sure that their will be a "fix" available.

Just glad to see it wasn't a 'personal' attack on Summer Breeze.

So far , in the past 4 days !!!! , he has made 23534 attacks !!!!

Yes, it was quite a shock when saw it. Hopefully, it will be up and running soon.....not sure how much business is lost because of this, but not much I can do about it. BM's can pm me....I've already had a couple. Thanks all of you for the concern.
Cheers.
