K-Hotel
Does anyone know anything about the K-hotel in Patong?
On the internet thay are offering fantastic rates(680 baht per) and I was wondering if its a dump or has some ridiculous joiner fee. Any comments from those who know would be appreciated, or any advice on a decent place to stay with no joiner fee. Also can you contact the hotels and ask ahead of time if they have a joiner fee or is this just not discussed til you check-in?

K-Hotel
K-Hotel is opposite C&N Hotel.
It's run by an Austrian and as far as I know they don't have any joiner fee.
