My experience with C&N is that they don't answer emails over the weekend. So if you've emailed them in the past 1-2 days, you might just want to check again on Monday afternoon. And also check your spam folder if you're emailing from hotmail etc..

C&N has got major building works going on. Could be the reason they aren't replying.

How do you call Thailand? I tired o11 66, then the hotel number. But nothing, its either a busy signal or a message that says the number does not exist or wrong number dial.

you dial international access code of the country your in (which can be 00 01 001 etc so you find out for where you are) then 66 country code then the tel number with the first 0 taken off..
Same as anywhere else in the world.

I need help.
I called them. A lady answered, told her i want to reserve 2 rooms, she gave the phone to another lady, and she keep saying what. So, i had to speak in a loud tone where my mouth is touching the speaker of the phone. She understand, she said okay, answer email. Then i emailed them again to inquire the VIP room. But so far no response.
If any members here who are now in Patong, can you please tell them to answer their email. Thanx.
What kind of construction is going there?

When I used to holiday here, I used to send off 3 emails to different hotels at a time, would only ever get one reply back and that would be anything up to 3 days later.
I used to think why bother to go to the expense of a web site with contact details and not bother to either teach your staff how to use email or not bother to look or reply.
Now I realsie it is because most members of staff can speak english but not neccessarily as good as they pretend to and definately not write it well. Too much loss of face to ask someone what it means or how to reply.
Same as advertising signs, why do they not just get a farang to proof read them either from the client or the printer, too much loss of face again.
We have a multi million baht project being built here in Kamala, the developer has erected signs everywhere and multi signs, 50% of them have a major spelling mistake on each sign, 'fErniture included', gAranteed returns', Free Hold', eCeptional views' and so on. Why not just proof read them first? spellcheck them at the printers office?
Oh well its Thailand!!!!

I generally find that if I email a hotel and no reply I just find another hotel!
I think it is White Sands on Sawatdirak Rd... I emailed 3 times got no reply so chose a different hotel!

Manager at the Expat answers all his emails at the same time at least once each day so you should never be more than 24 hours without a reply from them.

I really like Summer Breeze but their rooms are all large bed. I believed they charge extra for a single bed. I am looking for a room with 2 beds.
C & N offers twin rooms and they have free pick up service from the airport(according to their website). I just got a response yesterday also, they said that its only 700 baht a night if we don't want breakfast. Its a good deal since were planning to wake up late anyway.
If it was just me, i will go Summer Breeze, but since i am going with friends, its accomodation doesn't suit us.

Thanx for the advice/help. I called them again. This time, the reception of the line is better even though there is an echo. The Thai lady understand what i said, then said she send me email. I got the email, answered it then confirm my rooms.
I tried to get the rooms to their website but once its time for the notification, it wound't go thru. That's why i called them.

I reserved a room in C and N hotel already. Called them directly, bug them about checking their email. It worked. They checked their email, sent me a response, and confirm my rooms.
I checked their website. In the twin rooms, besides the 2 beds and bathroom of course, what els is in there? TV, internet, mini bar, refrigirator, etc.....

Why don't you call them again, surely they will be the ones to give you the best answer ?
