Cool Very noisy

It is in the front line of the late night bar scenario. That end of Soi Sans Sabai is busy and loud and full of drunks right up to 6am.

I think the hotel was just a front to get an extended licence for the bar to stay open longer.

If you go to the other end of Sans Sabai the two new guest houses there are offering rooms for only 600 Baht per night. It will be a lot quieter.
