One of the reasons I not fly with them:

China Airlines 727 explodes after landing

luckily it seems everyone survived this disaster. They already did not have the best safety records but this just adds to it

And to top it all the passengers had a long wait for their baggage.

I have flown with them several times from Bangkok to Amsterdam and always had good service.This would not put me off travelling with them again.

Yes, as I mentioned in another thread, I have the same experience. I would also fly with them again.

Probably by now every airline will have suffered accidents, near misses or any other kind of misery.

i've flown with them Amsterdam - Bkk and back twice (nice stewardessess) and would fly with them again.
