When are you thinking of coming here? this is important because a lot of good price properties available low season but more scarce and higher priced high season.

Best advice with limited information is come here, book a cheapish hotel for a week or so and then ask around, trudge the streets and get looking, I am certain whatever time of year you will then find what you are looking at.

Picking an agent to select for you is almost impossible, because what you like and I like are probably a lot different. Also where you want to live? this determines availablilty and cost. Maybe a couple of weeks in a hotel you can answer a lot of this yourself.

Dodger,

I will be arriving in a few weeks. I would prefer to stay in Patong in a 2 bed/2bath condo or house. Not looking to spend more than 30k baht/month.

What do you think the possibilities are for finding what I want in September?

Thanks.
